2. How can I decorate my garments and accessories, T-Shirts, Sweats, Shirts, Hats, Jackets, Uniforms, etc..?

You have 4 choices of customized decorations. They are 1) Embroidery, 2) Screen Printing, 3) Heat Pressing and 4) Applique. For more information, see Submiting Your Custom Logo

3. How can I decorate my clothes with the budget I have?

If you plan on using embroidery it will involve a digitized logo charge of $75 minimum for 8,000 stitches. Delivery takes approximately 2 weeks for custom orders (after the artwork is approved). In most cases customers need to use digitizing to create their custom logo.

In every case with embroidery there is a charge to embroider each garment. The pricing varies based on the volume of garments you are purchasing.

Your second option is Screen Printing. It has the same effect as embroidered but is less expensive. However, there are set-up charges involved. They are based on the number of colors you want to use in your logo. An example would be a two-color logo would equal a $40 one-time setup fee.

As with embroidery you will have a per piece charge. The price varies on the volume of garments you purchase.

This is an excellent choice for the one-time promotional giveaway, or for employees working in a manufacturing environment, where their garments often need to be replaced frequently.

Your third option is Heat Press. HP is the lowest priced customized service. HP gives you the option of using Clip Art to design a team logo/look quickly and with short notice. Therma-film is the material used in heat pressing.

Lastly, Applique is the most intricate of all the custom applications. If you are looking for a unique look and feel on the back of a jacket applique may be the best custom application to meet your needs.

4. Can I put the logo on more than just shirts?

Absolutely. Logos can be placed on many different items. Just give us a call or send an email to artdept@europeansports.com and we will be happy to work with you on your special requests.

5. How will my company's logo look on different colored garments or accessories?

This will depend on the specifications for your logo. We can help you to find the best-colored items to coordinate with your logo. Just give us a call or send an email to artdept@europeansports.com and we will be happy to work with you on your special requests.

6. Does European Sports have minimum quantity requirements?

Generally the minimum order is 24 pieces, but under 24 is welcome. If you have a special need and need assistance with orders under 24 please call our Customer Service number (877-387-6776) and we will be glad to help you.

7. How can I pay for my order?

European Sports requires a 50% deposit which is payable by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for your first time orders, balance is due upon delivery. We certainly accept prepaid and COD orders as well.

8. Who does European Sports use for shipping of orders?

Orders are usually shipped using UPS-unless you prefer a different shipper. Please contact us regarding shipments outside the continental U.S.A.

9. Am I able to track my order?

We do our best to make this as worry free as possible for you. Within 24 hours of placing your order European Sports will email a confirmation of the order. We will then notify you on the day your order has been produced and is ready for shipment. At that time, we will give you a UPS tracking number for your records.

10. How quickly are orders delivered?

The typical turnaround time for all orders in the continental U.S. for new customers or new logos is 14 business days. Reorders usually take 7 to 10 business days to turnaround.
