PLACING YOUR ORDER

Helpful Hints

Once you have made your selection, please note sizes needed.

For best pricing order 24 pieces or call for special prices.

There are two types of orders
1) Custom: With your logo or emblem
2) Blank: No logo

For Custom orders, please provide us with your desired artwork.
Please see Submitting Your Logo for more detailed information.

Whichever way you submit your artwork, we will send you a proof copy of the work as soon as possible via: fax, email or regular mail. Upon your confirmation of the artwork, your garments will be completed two weeks from this point.

Shipping and handling:

  • Orders with custom logos will be delivered 2 weeks after the artwork is approved by you.
  • Orders with no custom logos are usually shipped within 3-4 business days.
  • Shipping charges are 4% of the cost of your order or a flat rate of $15.00 for orders less than $300.00. (We can also reevaluate the charge for special situations).
  • When order is shipped you will receive an email including a UPS tracking number.
  • Orders can be shipped to you upon credit card authorization or P.O. # from Colleges, High Schools or prior approval. European Sports accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Confirmation Your order will be confirmed via phone or email.

Drop Shipment to Your Customer
We will drop ship to your customers (insureance and freight costs included), using your shipping labels or blank labels at a $3.00 service fee per box.

Returns Custom orders with logo'd items improperly screened or embroidered need to be notified immediately to European Sports. We will issue a return authorization number. All returns need authorizations prior to shipping back to European Sports. This can be achieved by calling or emailing us with the situation and a R.A. number will be issued. All packages must have the RA# on the paperwork to assure you the best protection.

Non logoed items must be inspected before sending them off to secondary operation shop (embroider or screener). Altered garments are not returnable.

Cancellations: Restocking fees will be charged if an order has been comfirmed, delivered, then returned or has gone unclaimed. The customer will be charged 15% of the item plus shipping.

Just a reminder:

  • Turnaround for custom orders .. 2 weeks after approval of logo
  • Minimum order 24 pcs or call for under 24 pc price.
  • Shipping $15 under $300.00 or 4% of order.
